How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing orders at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. For holidays, special events, or large orders, earlier is always best.

Yes — we offer free local delivery exclusively within local Castro Valley limits.
Do the cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies are lovingly prepared in a home kitchen operation under cottage food guidelines. This kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, nuts, dairy and soy.
While some of our cookies are made without nuts as an ingredient, our kitchen is not nut-free, and cross -contact may occur.
What are your operating hours?
Our online shop is open for pre-orders 24/7! We bake in small batches, so pickup times are scheduled to ensure your cookies arrive in your hands fresh.

What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is a half dozen per flavor so we can bake each batch fresh and consistent. Be sure to watch for our special online cookie pop-ups, where you can mix, match, and order smaller quantities of rotating flavors.
How does pickup work?
We offer complimentary curbside pickup from our home cottage food operation kitchen. Just arrive, let us know you’re here, and we’ll bring your cookies right out to you.
How should I store my cookies?
Your Sweetling cookies stay soft and fresh at room temperature when kept in a sealed container for several days.
For longer storage, freeze them in an airtight container or zip-lock bag. When you're ready to enjoy, simply let them thaw at room temperature.
Each cookie is baked to perfection at just the right time. Reheating in the oven/microwave from frozen can alter their texture, allow them to defrost at room temperature for the ultimate flavor and texture.

What allergens should I be aware of?
Our handcrafted batches contain dairy, eggs, and wheat. While we clean our surfaces diligently, they are baked in a sweet little kitchen that also handles nuts.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
They are best savored within 3-5 days at room temperature. For an extra comforting experience, a 10-second zap in the microwave gives them that hot out of the oven taste.
Do you provide gluten-free options?
We don't have a gluten-free menu just yet, but the kitchen is always humming with new tests. Follow us to be the first to know when we expand our range.
